Billing Policy & Terms of Service

By creating an account, scheduling service, or submitting payment information on our website, you agree to the following Billing Policy and Terms of Service:

1. Monthly Billing Cycle

All recurring service plans are billed on a monthly basis.

Your billing date is always the 1st of the month, regardless of your specific service day.

2. Automatic Credit Card Charges

By enrolling in service, you authorize us to securely store your payment method and automatically charge your credit card on the 1st day of each service month.

This charge covers all scheduled services for that month.

3. Service Frequency & Calendar Variations

Our services run on a recurring schedule (e.g., every 4 weeks). Because the calendar is not evenly divided, there may be rare months where your cleaning occurs twice within the same calendar month.

This does not mean you are being double-charged — it simply reflects the rotation of your service schedule.

4. Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment fails, your account will be marked past due. We may pause services until payment is successfully processed. You will receive a notification and have the ability to update your payment method through your customer portal.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel service at any time.

To avoid being charged for the next service month, cancellations must be submitted before the 1st of the month.

6. Refunds

Because payments cover your upcoming service month, refunds are not issued once a charge has been processed.

If you cancel mid-month, any remaining scheduled cleanings for that paid month will still be completed.

7. Payment Authorization

By keeping your card on file, you agree that we may charge it automatically each month for the services you have selected, until you cancel.

8. Updates to Policy

We reserve the right to update this Billing Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon posting.
